Patented sensing technology—top, bottom, side, and internal cameras—delivers industry-leading measurement accuracy and fine defect detection, while automatic part identification by dimension and color sorts, classifies, and packages components for return to inventory. Non-conforming parts are rejected to a single conveyor, or optionally segregated by defect type, eliminating waste and strengthening the bottom line.
