Global Engine Maintenance (GEM) is an FAA 145 / EASA certified repair station, specializing in CFM56-7B, -5B, and -3 engines. Based in Doral, Florida, GEM offers fast, cost-effective engine solutions with door-to-door support and in-house capabilities including high-speed grinding of HPC/HPT blades, honeycomb seal and MOD-12 shroud machining, and LPC, HPT, LPT rotor balancing. Our Field Services Team provides 360° video borescoping, boroblending, top case repairs, MPA test witnessing, viper vibration analysis, on-/off-wing preservation, and ultrasonic fan blade dovetail inspections.
