TUTCO SureHeat Specialty Flanged Inline (SFI) Heaters deliver safe, precise, and durable performance in a wide-range of extremely demanding high-temperature, high-pressure and low-flow applications. SFI products are commonly used in test stands for maintenance repair and overhaul FAA stations. Standard SFI models can produce air/gas temperatures up to 1652°F (900°C) and 3000 PSI (207 BAR). SFI heaters can be as much as 8-12X smaller than equivalent tubular/immersion designs. With a faster heat-up and cool-down ramp time SFI electric air heaters are more cost effective to operate. TUTCO SureHeat Serpentine™ technology reaches temperature within a minute vs much slower response times of tubular element designs.
