Tutco SureHeat manufactures specialty flanged inline (SFI) electric heaters for MRO pneumatic testing. Our electric heaters provide compact, fast, accurate and efficient heat to air flows used in the validation and testing process for components like valves where the air must be preheated to avoid damage to the unit. With the aviation industry goal of net zero emissions by 2050, electric heaters offer a route to reduce carbon footprint while generating on demand heated air streams. SureHeat electric heaters can heat up rapidly, eliminating the need for long heat up cycles and wasted energy. Our SFI heaters are designed and built to suit the application and can accommodate most pressure and flow ranges, plus we can reach temperatures as high as 1100 °C (2012 °F).
